Draft NIAO Corporate Plan and Public Reporting Programme 2024-29

The Northern Ireland Audit Office is pleased to present our draft Corporate Plan and Public Reporting Plan for 2024-29.

These two draft documents reflect the proposed strategic direction and focus of the NIAO over the next five years, as we respond to the challenges facing Northern Ireland’s economy, political environment and public sector.

They have been developed following meaningful engagement with many of our key stakeholders, including politicians, public sector leaders, our Advisory Board, and our own people.

However, as an organisation that is independent of government, committed to driving and supporting the transformation of public services, we are especially keen to seek feedback from the wider public.
