Continuous improvement arrangements in policing (August 2023)

This report examines the Northern Ireland Policing Board’s and the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s:

• Performance Summary for the year ended 31 March 2022; and
• Annual Performance Plan for the year ended 31 March 2023.

The report gives an unqualified audit opinion on the 2021-22 Annual Assessment and the 2022-23 Annual Performance Plan, with one recommendation for the attention of the Board and the PSNI.
