Claire has been employed by Natwest as Head of Cost Planning from 2021. This organisation has over 60,000 employees operating costs exceeding £7 billion. Claire is a chartered accountant and recently had oversight of Ulster Bank Republic of Ireland exit program from 2021-2024.
Claire’s previous roles include Relationship Manager with Ulster back for a period of 8 years from 2008-2016, where she managed corporate banking relationships for trading businesses. From 2001-2008, Claire was employed as a Manager in Audit and Business Advisory Services in PwC.
Claire holds a leadership role as a Regional Board Member for Ulster Bank. This role focusses on promoting growth and brand along with supporting a variety of charities. Claire is a former NED for Parenting NI from the years 2017- 2020.
